To my body, to the Earth, to the Powers that be
Thank You for all you've given me
Including compassion, love and the sun's warming rays
That give us Life...each and every day
I'm thankful for...
This meal, our home, our health,
Our safety, our security
Friends, family
Pets, parents
Mother Earth
Father Sun
And all the people who contributed to make all of this possible.
And, a special prayer for the poor, sick and suffering
That they may heal.
